Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Well i have no idea what happened. one day i was watching videos at night and i went to bed, next day i want to watch a video and they are all gone. i check the memory too see if they were deleted but it shows my memory still very low. i have 774 mb out of 1893 mb. my brother has the same songs plus more and 3 videos on his sansa e250 and he has more memory then me! is there a reset button that i can do so i get all my memroy back? or maybe the files were hidden. i hooked up the device to the computer and on 'MY computer' i went to the device. i looked under videos to see if it showed any and it shows none. It seems that the veideos deleted along with the space. can you guys help?
I had the same problem. I updated the firmware. I then set the unit to the MSC USB type. I then went to "My Computer" and right-clicked the drive and reformat in a fat 32. I now have all available memory back.

Check the specification of your MP3 player
to determine the type of video file format it uses.
You most likely need to convert the downloaded files and then copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions to convert video files for MP3 players :-
