I have a Assemebled desktop which is causing weird problems since last 2-3 days, i use flock browser to surf internet, i get a trojan alert from Avast real time scan post which i click on abort connection,...

The trojan is certainly a problem, and it could be that your avast itself in infected. Your best option is to try installing a different anti-virus system, if it won't let you install properly, you probably have a nasty little trojan. Try using an anti-virus that allows you to run the diagnostics from a CD before the operating system loads.
As for the shutdown, that sounds like it could be a faulty power supply. I've had a few that died on me, and one of the first signs was the computer being unable to power up immediately after a shut down. Try disconnected any excessive USB devices that might consume too much energy, if you find yourself booting up easily when you're consuming less energy, you'll likely need a new power supply soon.

Cannot complete recovery or clean install windows Compaq Presario

You could have a Boot Sector Virus. you would need to run anti-virus software to try and remove this issue. I would recommend Avast or AVG. I have attached a link of website that microsoft recommends. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/49500/EN-US/

Help i got trojans virus thats stopping my

If you do not have a virus program you will have to get one. Either that if you know the file that was infected try deleting that file. But virus's spread, so your best bet would be to get a virus removal program right away. When you start your computer in safe mode, make sure you choose the "with networking" capability and try to get avast

http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-free-home-antivirus-antispyware.html#11

It is free to use and just install and scan.
If you cannot access the internet you may want to try going to the store to buy an antivirus program. I recommend Mcafee Security Center.

How can i delete virus from my pc using command prompt

I think isn't possible from there...I personally recommend to use an anti-virus software... The best for doing that is (Avast) the free version works perfect... i recommend it because Avast give you the option to make a boot time scan that scan your computer before windows start the processes where the must virus load and make it very difficult to remove... you can download it from (here)
once you have downloaded it > first: make sure that there is no other anti-virus installed, if one, remove it... Second: Install Avast... when the installation are almost finish it will ask you if you want to make a "boot time scan" click "yes", finish and restart your computer...When the laptop boot up you will see first the windows logo and then a blue screen...Avast will start to scan your hard drive...if any virus are found in your system it will ask you what to do... I normally use the second option "delete all" but you can do some other options. Hope it works for you!

Computer restarts itself

boot into safe mode. a lot of times safe mode will load itself w/o the virus doing any damage. boot into safe mode and do a scan with the avast anti-virus and then do a boot virus scan with avast as well.

Ok then i guess you should try repairing the NORTON by running the installation again and choosing the reapir option or the next option is to use another anti virus.

you can visit www.avast.com/eng/programs.html and download avast! 4 home edition free edition.
please restart your pc before installing the avast.
after installing try updating and schedule a boot scan by
  1. cutting and pasting this "W62911071H4800A1106-PJY5XRR5" when prompted for the registration key.
  2. click on the menu icon at the top left of the avast window.
  3. click on "schedule a boot scan" and restart your pc

Good luck !!
