Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
I just purchased a TomTom 125 with the 1 year fuel price card. I setup my new unit and the TomTom Home software and set all options for my GPS unit. I have also activated my Fuel Prices card which was activated correctly and the code was accepted. However, when I want to view fuel prices in my area, my unit says, ''You have not joined this service. You can join using TomTom Home.'' I have an account, I thought I had set this up already. I have gone back and rechecked everything possible, online and on my computer with TomTom Home. I dont know why my fuel prices is not working.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you have the programs downloaded from tomtom home then you need to copy them to the sd card that you purchased. In the home program you can choose to install the programs and map to the sd card. It takes a bit of a search to get the tomtom home program understood. The credit card with the codes is an authorization code for the program.

Just had the same problem. To fix it I uninstalled the existing application and reinstalled - there were two updated applications available, one for "GO, ONE and Rider" and the other for "ONE" only - reinstalled the first one again, this time installing anyway when warning about a newer version already being installed was given. If you are having problems getting unit to talk to PC, connect the USB cable to PC, press reset, remove SD card and reinsert then switch back on. TomTom Home should then see the unit and you can try the suggestions above.
