Try this ::

1. Create a link between your Motorola RAZR Phone and any Bluetooth Accessory 1.0 and up, you need to turn the Bluetooth connection "on". This is how: Go into your phone "settings". > Then select "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Set Up" > "Power" > "On". The connection will stay on until you turn it off. We recommend to turn it off when not in use to preserve battery life. 2. To connect your RAZR to another Bluetooth hands free kit or headset, go into "Settings" > "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Handsfree" > (Look for Device). You phone will scan for available devices located within the range of the RAZR, approx 30 feet away. If your cell phone is already connected to a Blue Tooth headset, you must disconnect from it to find other devices. Once you have identified your bluetooth device, highlight its name and click on the "select" button.
3. The Bluetooth device will ask permission to connect. Select "yes" and press the "select" button; after that you will be prompted to insert a PIN code to initiate a secure connection. The PIN code is sually provided by the Bluetooth device manufacturer, not the RAZR. Once the connection is made, you should see the bluetooth logo displayed on the internal screen, while the external screen Bluetooth indicator will flash.

How to reset a bluetooth i.tech i.oval 303

Most manufactures have a factory 4 digit pin that once you have put it to discovery mode, usually blue tooth manufactures use the power button to reset the discovery mode,by holding the power button down while turning it on keep holding the power button for 6 to 10 seconds a light should appear on your device, thus the device is in discovery mode, once your blue tooth device has been put into discovery mode you should go into your phone menu and turn the blue tooth power on,then it should have an add new or seach for device, click that and it should pair with the phone, you will need a 4 digit pin pairing code,Most blue tooth manufatures use factory pairing pins they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999 try them in that order,i hope this helps you

Motorola k1 bluetooth power failed

blue tooth needs to be turned on from the connectivity section of the phone menu.
Once it is turned on it will pair with any bluetooth device.
PAIRING A BLUETOOTH
Go to connetivity in the menu
then bluetooth and then search and sellect search.
with your bluetooth device from the off status press and hold the power button until indicator lights either flash different colours ( normally red & blue ) or stays a constant colour.
Your device is now sending out a signal for the phone to pick up.
when the phone finds this device it should then ask if you wish to pair with it
select yes
then it will ask for a passcode this is normally 0000 or 1234
then select yes.
this should pair up the two devices.
once they are paired you should only need to turn bluetooth on on the phone and power up the device and they will automatically find each other.
Please don't do this whilst driving as it is extremely dangerous to take your concentration off the road.

I have a motorizr z3 that I purchased a week ago. I cannot get the blue tooth to turn on. I ONCE got my Plantronics bluetooth synced but it would never turn on again, so I deleted it off, and now everytime I try and turn bluetooth on, I get a message of "Bluetooth Power Failed - try again later". It tells me the same thing when I try Setup or Find Me...any ideas how to get this to work?
