FIRST CHECK YOUR FUEL PUMP TO ENSURE IT IS WORKING PROPERLY, THEN DO A FUEL PRESSURE TEST. AN AVERAGE READING WILL READ BETWEEN 15 AND 30 LBS. THEN YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC IS IT GAS OR DIESEL IF IT IS A DIESEL THEN YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO INJECTOR PRESSURE THE AVERAGE CUMMINS COMMON RAIL PRESSURE AVERAGES AROUND 5,000 TO 8,000 PSI ANYTHING LESS THAN 5,000 PSI THE TRUCK WILL NOT START OR WILL BE HARD TO START.

My dodge charger starts,it locks m doors it unlocks m doors but all manually done my remote i change he battery and it wont work ,so i took it tothe dealer and they said the vin number on dash an door jam...

If I'm deciphering this correctly, sounds like someone changed the ECM/PCM (Computor) out at some point with a rebuilt or boneyard special. Here's the fun part- if so- then you will need to take the car to the dealer and have them "scrub" the computer and reload it with the correct info for your remote.

Replaced coolant temp sensor like diagnostic code said too didnt help none.it runs ok going down hiway but when i slow down or come to a stop it stalls out wont idle on its own.

There a 2 coolant temp sensors. One for the guage and the other for the computor. You need to replace the one for the computor. With a faulty coolant temp sensor for the computor, it doesn't recognize a cold start to cycle. You know when the engine idles higher when you first start it up in moring then the idle drops as the motor warms up.

Fans not running. thermostat and water pump change due to an over-heating problem.. fans wont kick on once it gets up to temp. ????

Have the coolant sensor checked, at the right temperature it sends a signal to the computor to turn the fans on.

'96 grand am starts but stalls out

I had the same problem. I changed the computor, the key switch, the box in the trunk and nothing helped. I traced wires looking for loose connections and found nothing. I did notice that the yellow wire goes to the instrument cluster before going to the computor. All of these parts came from a junkyard so I changed them 2 times each and had the same thing. As a last resort I asked for an instrument cluster. He looked at me like I was crazy. After I changed it it immediately fixed the problem. You have change the odometer from the bad one to the good one. It is easy to change.

Wont start, computer says it is anti theft, how do I fix this?

Does it not even try? Or does it start and then stall after about 2 seconds?

Wont start

There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.
