I had this code on my cd player (multi changer in the trunk)..was this way for about 5 months..I then decided that a high compressed can of air might do the trick..I sprayed compressed air into the mouth of the cd changer..also put my fingers inside and physically jiggled it..and lo and behold..the cd that was being held prisoner released and my cd changer is working normally again..hope this works for anyone else!

Source http://www.kenwood.nl/support/veelgestelde_vragen/ Changer Error Codes ? E-00: Poor Cable connection. ? E-01: Magazine not properly set in changer. ? E-02: No Disc in magazine. ? E-03: CD does not have selected track number. ? E-04: Disc is dirty, upside down or unreadable. ? E-10: No data is recorded on the MD. The player plays the next disc automatically. ? E-99: Changer malfunction, disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service. Sounds like the mech is gummed up, jammed, or a cd is stuck inside. Get a nerd to open it up and check it over. Why does CD player read disc, then ejects?

It tries but can't read the disc, then it ejects it. If CD player plays other discs OK, then it is the disc. If it won't play anything there is a problem with the CD player.

Discs will not eject, unit makes strange clicking noise

HI, the gear track is stripped and the load motor is stuck between the good section of the track and the bad section of the track. you will need to replace the loading dock in your unit. this will fix this issue.

Casstte Player- '94 ford

I think you are saying you are using a cassette adapter to play the external iPod/PSP etc. and I presume the cassette plays regular tapes OK. The auto-reverse cassette player thinks the 'tape' is over, so reverses then ejects. You can try putting in a regular tape, change sides then eject. Try the adapter again. Hopefully the adapter will work in 'one' direction.

Jensen vm9311ts problem

The player thiinks the CD is still in the player. you have a shorted or open sensor. Usually thee players have 3 phto sensors to tell the controller that a Disc is inserted , or ejected or present. Sometimes a wire or piece of lint covers a sensor and makes the controller think the CD is still there. Get you a can of Air from Radio Shack and blow out the DVD drive You might get lucky and this do the job.
