Hi I do not have a solution but my XR-C350 is having the exact same problem. I just had some repair work done on the car and the baterry had to come out. I have not reset the the system so I might try that? Any help would be greatly appreciated
any good car stero shop in your area will do it for free!! (on the hopes you will come back later to purchase from them.
you may try a thin (pointed) wire coathanger on each side, it is simply a hook at the end that needs to be dis-lodged.

NEED TO REMOVE POWER FROM UNIT THERE SHOULD BE A BLACK CABLE THAT GOES IN TO CHANGER REMOVE IT WAIT 5 SEC AND INSTALL BACK LIKE IT WAS AND THIS WILL CUT ALL POWER TO UNIT AND WILL 50% FIX THE PROBLEM LET ME KNOW
hi sounds like you have the amps switching on via the aerial remote and not the amp remote.
easy way to test this is to switch the AF or traffic function on your radio. if this cures the problem then you have the amp remote and aerial remote connected around the wrong way
