Do you really think I am that dumb that I will tell you how I fixed this problem so that you can make money out of the information? I am not as stupid as you seem to think.

If you don't use 9 for an outside line, you can usually enter 9850 to clear alarm messages on your phone. If that alarm keeps popping up, the cable coming from the wall might be faulty or the port on the switch is going bad.

I have a Mitel 5220 IP Phone with one of the programming lights flashing red. When I check the server, there is no key assignment, but when I check the phone itself, the button is set to Agent Status Key....

In the phone system, assign something to the button. Then clear it. Did it clear at the phone? If this doesn't clear, I suggest deleting and re-programming the phone.

"System Starting Up" message on the phone forever

I often have the same problem and haven't found the solid solution for it yet. But, for me usually helps doing this in following order:

1. restarting my router
2. unplugging the base for about 10 minutes
3. taking the batteries out for about 10 minutes

Hope it will work for you too.

Problems with linksys phone starting up and making calls using it

I'm just guessing here but, you'll have better luck if you don't go through a hub. Give the CIT devices direct connections to the computer. Also, some systems have better/faster usb ports on the back of the pc and lesser ones on the front. I think this is no long tru on newer systems. ..You may also want to go through the device manager, delete the CIT and rescan so it'll reinstall it.. maybe better. When you do that, be sure the CIT is connected. ..maybe this'll help your situations. The software needs to have been installed prior to re-installing via the device manager.

CISCO 7912 Ip Phone,Red lights are continuously on.

Well, in most Cisco VoIP phones those lights are used to tell you if you have a voicemail. Have you checked your vm and cleared any new ones? This might be your issue ;)

Did you check the TFTP settings on the IP phone? You may need to disable DHCP on the phone and assign the TFTP manualy or make sure the correct TFTP server is assigned.
