May be due to some virus attack from the bluetooth,
the firmware of the handset has got damaged ...

so any way you have the warranty so just make use it .....

you can take the cell to the shop from where you have purchased the handset or you can visit the manufacture service center directly and make use of the warranty ....

The #1 handset on this 5 handset cordless phone has lost it's power. There is nothing on the viewing screen and nothing turns on. The other 4 handsets are fine.

  1. Try a battery from one of the working handsets in the handset that isn't working. If it starts working, you will need to get a new battery.
  2. If it doesn't start working, you may have a defective handset and will need to contact the manufacturer or place you purchased the handset from.

Just purchased the phones yesterday. Today both phones say: Searching and then Handset out of Range. I can't get a dial tone!!!! They were charged all night.

Try changing the phone cord from the main base to the wall outlet, If that fails take it back to the store for exchange, because it is evident the main base is the problem.

My handset fell down yesterday and the display is gone.Though I can receive and make calls

Hello

When the handset fell down, the flex that connect the screen and the panel has shift. Get a screw driver, unscrew the phone and try to adjust the screen.

If after doing his the problem continues you need to change the screen of the phone.

Thanks

I am having major static on both hand sets. I have reported to the phone company. This has just started to happen in the last 2 weeks. I have nothing new electronically. My land phone plugged in is not...

It is possible one of your neighbors purchased a similar phone and you are on the same channel.
Check your instructions and see if you change the channel.

I hope this helps.

Problems with C110 & A110 Vtech Mirage Dect Home phones

Have strangely got the same problem - about the same time you posted this, but intermitently. I have isolated that the problem is in fact the handset itself, not the base unit. I eliminated a problem with the base unit by a) registering a different DECT phone to it. - The base still works fine. b) Leaving the handset switched off for an hour or so (press and hold the "OK" botton to switch off / on); then whislt it was working, registering the handset to a different base (Base 2). And guess what, after 30 mins the "BASE 2" message started flashing on the faulty handset.
So, if you already have an A110 extension handset, make sure it's also registered to base 1 and maybe try to get just the handset repaired via VTECH. (or just buy a new handset if they are available).

I had the same problem!

What you need to do is hold the "end" and "#" key for 5 sec, which will deregister the headset then all you would have to do is place it back in the base for it to registered again.
