Question about Pioneer Computers & Internet
It could be a wrong burning software, try out Nero, but my experience is that usualy these things are dieing this way, first they won't write dvd than won't even read later they are even haveing troubles with cds.
If that's the case than it's time to use your warranty if you have any left, or if you don't but you want to fix it than just bring it to the local laptop repair center and they'll change it for you for 30-60 GBP+ their services or just buy one at ebay and do it yourself, but in that case double check what you are ordering, or ask the seller about compatibility.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
