Where to insert sd card - Computers & Internet

Did your laptop come with a SD card slow or a mini SD card slot. If you do not have either you cant use a SD card. If your laptop is capable of using a SD card check in the weirdest places. Sometimes they hid em in the most obvious places. It Would greatly help me if I know the Make and the model. You get that we can determine if you can and where it is

Normally the sd card slot will be on the side or in front of the laptop if it has that option. Not all laptops have sd card slots.

If your laptop does not have the sd card slot, then you can purchase a sd card reader that plugs into your usb port on the laptop for less than $20.

Also your camera might have come with a cable that plugs into the camera and the other end into the laptop's usb port. Once you have the cable connected, turn the camera on and the computer will recognize it. You can then search through the camera folder for the pictures or videos. If you use this method, you leave the SD card inside the camera.
