Samsung 931bw screen flashes on and off

unscrew the back cover of the monitor then remove to access the power supply board, look for a leak or blown up electrolytic capacitor. just replace with the same rating and value a panasonic brand of capacitor much better with low esr.

Hi how can i connect from my pc's s-video socket to a projector which has a jack socket? I have all the right cables I've been told to press fn f4 but my pc doesn't have fn

If it's a laptop, they've usually got a vga connector on the rear panel which you can use to connect to an external monitor...or a projector if it's got the same (vga) connector. If your projector only has a jack socket, then that's not a standard connector for a video input and maybe you should consult your projector's user guide for clarification of the connectors (are you sure your jack socket isn't actually a phono or RCA socket? if it is, then your laptop video output signal probably isn't compatible with the projector as there's no way to make s-video output feed anything other than a s-video input (different signal levels and standards) Regards, nicam49

Adobe Flash player pluggin is crashing quite a lot recently. Adobe are aware of this and are working on the problem.

In the meantime you can update your pluggin to the latest one or downgrade to Adobe Flash 9.

Keyboard frozen, cannot unfreeze

First try pluggin in an external keyboard, if that works and your internal one still doesn't work after unplugging the external one, you may have a problem with the insides (small plugs and cables) other wise if the external one doesn't work, it could be many things, ie cmos, other cables, other plugs, entire USB system, power supply (internal), too much to list and troubleshoot here.
