Power problem I have a RCA35100st television and after moving the unit it turned on and then right back off . Now i have no powerr at all

Unless this one is different than the other ones I've worked on there are 4 screws in the back of the case that hold the power supply in remove those screws and it should come right out unless it has other brackets helping hold it in

It is possible that the main powerr supply and the SMPS has failed If so check the link below:

Also if the power supply does not solve then the discharge could have gone into the main circuit. If so the processor or the main board could have failed.

Possible failure of the main powerr to the TV which is the SMPS unit. It will be best to remove power , remove the back panel and check the SMPS unit.

Thats a common problem thats almost always caused by failed capacitors on the DM powerr board. You can get the WS55859 DM repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the upgraded capacitors and the CD with repair instructions.

First with the engine off check the power steering fluid and fill to the fill line deepening on weather the engine is hot or cold, the power steering reservoir will have a line for each. Check the serpentine belt as well. Make sure it is not slipping, cracked or otherwise defective. Check the pressure hoses on the pump for leaks.Your rack and pinion unit could be going or have a leak as well. Do you have any red fluid on the ground? That may be an indication or a power steering leak somewhere. Let me know if this helps.

Unless the set is probed and checked into the fault cannot be confirmed. It can be the powerr supply unit or the lamp .
I would suggest that you musta ttempt only if you are versed with electronics. If so check the power secondary voltages into the lamp , check the safety door lids switches, the filter.

It is alongg sttory, start from the power to the power supply, if Ok the proceed to the main board, check voltage to microprocessor.

If supply is fine then the mP must work to trigger set. If not the output section is faulty

The problem is that your powerr supply board is made by samsung and is designed to go out

Hi there.
Remove the power adapter and the battery, plug in AC power and hit the on/off button, if it powers up wait for the OS to load up and the shut it down again, put the laptop battery back in and power it up.
