Ks360 calling problem

Sometimes, almost all the time, when i called someone, there's no ringing sound (tut tut, tut tut, tut tut,) then finally i hear the voice 10 to 20 seconds after that person answered the call.

all the call volume & settings are okay @ highest

nothing wrong with the operator, already tried swap simcards, all still the same no ringing sound.
help me please! is it because of the firmware? does anyone know how/where can i update the firmware version if there's any
sorry for my bad english!

I had the same problem for arround 3 months. almost a month after i bought the phone -- this is really really anoying. what i did was to clean all the messages i had in the memory. it worked out. i don;t know if it will work for you but try. also try reseting the phone. i did the same and it helped.

Why can callers not hear my voice on my LG KS360? Call volume is on full. Sometimes callers get no sound & sometimes very low volume.

i found the solution on the internet:
I've had this problem with mine. It got continually longer and other functions seemed to be running slower. At worst, it took 40 seconds to hear an outgoing call. I cleared the call log and that helped and it seemed to get slower again as the log got longer until I cleared it again.
I think the call log might be getting loaded in the background and using more resources as it gets larger but that's mostly a guess.

Rejected by network

You should ring up the network you are on about that.

I think mine did that when I first got that.. But only because I needed to sign up my SIM card to Orange...
So yeh, ring up your network

When calling someone cannot hear anything!

As Swimducky has suggested earlier, what you need to do is to 'delete all' in your previously called numbers, then it dials out just fine. lame, but it works. :D

I have a Guardian home security system and comcast digital voice. After switching to digital voice, sometimes if i call my house, I hear sounds like a fax machine, sometimes it sounds like someone has...

Your system has been programed by your alarm company for remote programing by their techical department. They can access your system to change codes, reset your system's time/date and do remote diagnostics. Most security system manufacturers allow this remote access by having the security system answer the telephone after so many rings, the security system then picks up and waits for a frequency tone from the security dealer's computer. Once this occurs the dealer can access your system. Your dealer may have to change the program settings if this is causing interference. A second possibility is do you have remote access to your system? Some systems have the ability for the home owner to remotely access their system from any outside telephone. This allows the customer to arm/disarm their system while away from home. This could be causing your problem.

No sound when dialling out

for those of you having this problem, what you need to do (as i so annoyingly discovered) is to 'delete all' in your previously called numbers, then it dials out just fine. lame, but it works. :D

My incoming calls go straight to voicemail and phone doesn't ring at all. How do I change this? Thanks

Friend,

goto Tools
then call
then Call divert and cancel all call diverts
then back to main menu
then to profile
then to general
then to personalise
then select a sound THAT IS LOADED ON THE PHONE- THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ACCIDENTLY DELETED
then select a reasonable volume
then save all and have someone call you
