Question about Sony Ericsson Z750a Cellular Phone
Can't send text messages. Have already checked the service number. It is correct. Any suggestions?
I had a similar problem when dealing with my own phone of the same type. The only permanent solution is to engage the master reset which you can find in the settings folder. A temporay solution is to go to your outbox, and you'll have a message that either has a little red x on it or just is a plain letter shape. if you try to delete this it will say one or more messages can't be deleted. make sure you change it's status to canceled, then select it choose send to drafts. make sure there are no messages in your outbox and only the one message you just moved to drafts in that folder. it still will npot allow you to delete the message. remove your battery while the phone is still on. replace reboot go to drafts and you should be able to then delete the message from drafts. if you still can't the only option i see, which is what i did, is to use the master reset

I JUST had the same problem. What you need to do is go into the Master reset and reset the device NOT the settings. Be sure to back up everything on a memory card first. It takes just a couple of minutes, but then it's good to go. Good Luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
