Question about Microsoft Picture It! Publishing Platinum 2002 for PC
Have reinstalled program and still get this error when I drag a picture down to the tray. The message says that this application has requested runtime to terminate it an an unusual way.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: runtime error
Does the Program issue you the name of the suspect runtime library at any point? If it does, go get the latest version of the runtime from the NET, in a searchengine type the name of the file+ext. download and then copy it in the same direrctory (folder) as the one on your system now. NOTE: I would FIRST rename the one on your system as <currentfilename.current_extention>and then add .OLD to it.

SOURCE: Corel Paintshop Pro Photo Xl
I have the same problem with Corel Paintshop Pro Photo X2 but I uninstall the program, do a disk clean up then delete internet cookies and delete the corel folder under
and also another corel folder under
c:/ Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Corel
You will have to go to tools then folder options and then press the view tab to choose "Show hidden files and folders" because the "Application Data" folder is hidden. I then do a file clean up with Uniblue speed up my pc. Last but not least I reinstall the program. This will work only if I am disconnected and stay disconnected from the internet. If you connect to the internet you have to do the same process over again. I know this is alot of work but I really enjoy the program and its the only way I could use it. I have not found any fix yet but I hope this helps.
