I can't find my favorites, when I click on it, it gives an error message, " it can't be found or it was moved to another location " but I didn't move it anywhere, can somebody please help me ?? is this another of Windows Vista's problem ???. Thank you

Check the Sansa website to see if it has the firmware upgrades still - they removed quite a few of them, but it is worth a hsot. also, pay attnetion to their section on the Windows Vista compatibility issues.

1) Disconnect from computer, turn it off, hold in volume + button and reconnect it to your computer - continue holding volume + until the Found Hardware Wizard comes up. 2)
REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab.
