I can't find my favorites, when I click on it, it gives an error message, " it can't be found or it was moved to another location " but I didn't move it anywhere, can somebody please help me ?? is this another of Windows Vista's problem ???.
Thank you
Check the Sansa website to see if it has the firmware upgrades still - they removed quite a few of them, but it is worth a hsot. also, pay attnetion to their section on the Windows Vista compatibility issues.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Go to Tools / Internet options / Content / Feeds / Settings and uncheck all the boxes so feeds do not apply to IE any more (or you can keep some checked if you actually use them but this is where the problem is coming from).
That should resolve the problem.
or
1. When exactly do you receive this error message?
2. How long have you been facing this issue?
3. Did you make any software or hardware changes on your computer prior to this issue?
If you are facing the issue in Internet Explorer, let's follow these steps & check if the issue persists:
a) Open Internet Explorer, click on Favorites button located on the top of your browser. Right-click the gray toolbar if you do not see the "Favorites" button.
Click the Favorites Bar option.
You should see the "Favorites" button.
Click it.
b) Click the Feeds tab.
You should see a list of the RSS feeds downloaded on your browser.
c) Right click on the feeds and click Delete.
Repeat this same process to delete all RSS feeds.
Close "Favorites" when you finish.
d) Reopen Internet Explorer & check if the issue reoccurs.
Hope the helps.
