Question about Zebra LP 2844 Thermal Printer
If I print a pure black box from my printer there is a single white line down the middle as if the printer is not printing there?
I have tried a cleaning strip to no avail?
Can anyone offer a suggestion as to how I can rectify this problem?
I would agree with Starblazer, it's either a failed element (in the printhead) of dirt building up on the printhead. If you cannot see any debris on the printhead then it is most likely a filaed element and you will have to replace the printhead.
