Don't worry all is not lost, contact your service provider for example, O2, vodaphone, etc... and let them know that you need a puk number, they will ask you for your IMEI number inside your phone and will give you a puk code,

When you buy a sim card you are given a PIN and a PUK number. If you enter your PIN number wrong for 3 times your cell phone will block your sim asking you for the PUK code. You should look in the papers you have been given when you bought the SIM and you should find the PUK number. If not you should contact or visit your cell phone company to solve the problem!
There is nothing to do with your mobile phone when your PUK blockcked. To get the PUK code number you need to call your SIM card operator customer service and ask them for the PUK number. Remeber don't eneter wrong PUK number three times otherwise your SIM will be blocked permently. You can use other SIM card and phone to call your SIM card operator and get the PUK. Good Luck.
The PUK code is your Sim security password, its coming with the sim packet, if your throw that packet then take you friends mobile and call to your service provider and ask the your PUK number he ask some security question for you, give the answer after he will give you PUK number of you SIM, don;t worry this is best way to solve you problem.

PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider. No way you can guess & enter it. So, when it asks for the PUK code, don?t do anything, get the PUK code from your service provider. Airtel has a easier way of getting PUK code. For getting PUK code of a Airtel number, send PUKPhoneNumber to toll free number 121. You can make use of any other Airtel number to send this message since your SIM might have been blocked already. If the above method doesn't work or your service provider is not Airtel, call to customer care using any other mobile phone which uses the same service provider. They will ask some details about you to make sure you are the owner of the SIM card. Questions might include your billing address, email ID, numbers you recently called or messaged etc. They might even ask you number printed on the SIM card, so be prepared with all details before calling them. Once you get the PUK code, enter it into the phone & your phone will return to normal.
Hi, three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. You need to input the PUK code first before it will allow yuo to do anything. usually PUK is printed on the SIM's packaging.. Kindly check the plastic card where the SIM was attached when hyou purchase it. It says PUK 1 and PUK 2.. Scratch the gray part and that would be your PUK code
sorry to say but you need to change your sim there is no way to use it anymore even if you call you provider. it is permanently blocked. If it is pin block, there is still something you can do. Ask your provider if you can transfer your number to a different sim card.
