Re: mp3

I just posted a problem--couldn't get MP3 to load, but then I just got it to work. I was trying to transfer the songs in directories. When I began to transfer them individually, I could read and listen to them.

Re: mp3

Due to the limitation of the two digits display on the screen, the player will limit maximum of 99 files under the root directory. Please create more first level folders and store maximum of 99 files under each folder. May be you can have a try.I bought a new MP3 player from this website: and get this knowledge the FAQs there.

Re: mp3

Make sure they are mp3 format and that you are putting them in the mp3 folder and that you are putting them on the card's drive, not the built in memory drive. To find out which is the card drive, take a picture with the card in, and which ever drive has that picture is the same drive you need to put the mp3's in.

I just put new songs on my slick mp3 player and now it says frmat error all the time and it won't let me listen to the song.

That's the answer to your problem. The format error happens because the format of the song is not compatible with your mp3. So try downloading songs in mp3 format instead. Nothing's wrong with your mp3, it's just that the songs you're putting in it aren't compatible with it.

This mp4 player is only playing the beginging of every song why?

Because it is in intro mode . Intro only plays 2-5 seconds of every song to allow you to sample whats next. Look for an online manual for the mp3 player model to find the instructions.

Just bought a Philips Mp3 player, know nothing about how to use or load, directions only have pictures, where do I get the manual off the internet to read. Remember I don't know a thing about how to use...

First, the device would have been provided with a cable from which connection would be made to the computer. Second, the device would have likely been acquired together with an installation disk. The disk should be installed on the computer because contained the program that would hold media for transferability perposes. Third, once software has been installed every available media would be compiled onto an area called the transfer library or player list for manipulation. Fourth, at which point connecting the device to the computer should be ready for transfer. The device is simply recognised by the computer program that was installed on the computer making way for feartures like transfter, save, edit, and the like.

Dear Sir, I have 78 songs on my 'Memory Card'. But my 'Music Player' cannot recognize any song nor video. I have formatted my Memory Card. Still this problem is occurring. Could you give me solutions...

Hello Sir

OK, unfortunately you do no specify as to which player you are using, but the most common problem in this case is that the songs you upload to your player is not is the correct format.

Try converting the songs into mp3 format, then copy them to the player.

Let me now if this works.

Kind regards

My mp3 player says format error when i play the songs whats wrong with it

What is the exact make and model of your MP3 player? Try converting the music into Mp3 files, or restoring the ID tags if they already are mp3 files (just rename it the same thing and add .mp3 at the end) If nothing works, reformat your player.

How do I convert music to mp3 files

Insert the cd into your computer and open it with media player, copy the music onto media player.

Once you have done this, go to 'My Music' folder and copy the songs you have just ripped from the cd onto your memory card. If you cannot find the songs in my music check in the unknown folder (in my music) and it will be in there with the date of copying so you know which folder it is.

I hope this helps

MP3 player

It's picky! The songs have to be in the right directory, typically ./music or so, and also they have to be the right bitrate for the thing to understand them properly. They also probably have to have really boring filenames (no umlauts, no Chinese or Urdu....)

Get the directory right and the filename to something brutally simple, and see if you can stand to use the MP3 player....
