Note: Always make sure your filter is current if you have one. Not doing so will cause water to not despence properly
Pull the machine out and remove the lower back cover. Locate the water valve. With the water turned on and connected remove the 5/16" water line (the bigger one) and then have someone else press the water in the door. If the cylinoid is operating correctly it should spray water out.If so, you just verified that the valve and electrical portions are working properly and either the filter is bad or the resevoir, , located inside the lower refrigerator side is frozen. If no water comes out but the valve vibrates, then the valve is bad. If no water and no vibration, continue reading. With the machine plugged in but the wires that go to the valve for the dispenser off take a volt meter and place a lead to each wire and have someone press the panel in the door as if getting water. The reading should go from 0 to around 115-120 a/c.If your not getting electricity down there at anytime than thje door switch is bad.
Testing the ice maker:
As far as the smaller line (1/4") you have to manually advance the ice maker and wait for it to call for water with the 1/4" line disconnected from the valve. You can do this by getting a jumper wire, removing the cover of icemaker, which you jsut grab and pull off, and using the jumper wire insert one end of the wire into the cirle marked m and the other in the cicle marked n. Leave there until you hear a click and sometimes see a little spark behind the modular head wheel. Also if you see ice in the maker that hasn't dumper and the teeth of the icemaker are facing any direction other than two o clock position, the icemaker is bad. Also check the fill tube to be sure the no ice is blocking water from coming in.

Why water is not coming out of the line to the freg

First check to make sure the water valve from th water supply is on (usually under your sink), Second, hold the water despenser switch ON. You should hear a "Hum" sound, that's the Electric water valve in the "open" position. The air will have to be purged through the water line, Filter, And the water collection tank inside the frig. The water tank keeps about agallon of water Cold for the water despenser, and will supply cold water to the ice maker, so the ice maker can freeze the cold water much faster for your ice. When holding the Water despenser, and you do NOT hear the hum sound, there is NOT power to the water selenoid. Check the connections to be ure they are tight and secure. A volt meter can also be used to check the voltage. WARNING the voltage is around 120 volts A.C., Do NOT TOUCH with bare hands!

Cycle starts, but does not fill with water

When I start a new cycle, I first hear the pump run to empty out all remaining water, and after that I hear the motor run for the regular washing cycle, but there is no water in the dishwasher. After a few minutes, the cycle stops, and the washer claims the dishes are 'clean'. When I try starting a new cycle over and over again, about one in 20 times, the cycle will run normally with water. But then the next time, the problem starts all over again. Once a cycle starts correctly, everything works fine, including the rinsing.

Engine wont start like gas isnt reaching engine could water pump be frozen

No. More then likely, you have an issue with gas or spark. That is what the engine needs to be able to start. Check to see if your fuel pump is kicking on. You should hear it kick on when you turn the key. You should hear a buzzing for a second or two. I have the manual on this car. Let me know if you hear it. Write me back.

Water dispenser does not work. However, the ice maker does work so there is water availabe. Could this be a pump problem, if yes how do I replace.

It is not your pump, because despenser and ice maker both get water from the same pump.
Water despenser is activated by a small plunger when you press your water glass against it
to release the water. This is your problem, bad plunger.

Running fine. Died and wont start. Cranks fine

can you hear the fuel pump kick on when you turn the key on but without crancking the engine? Generally the fuel pump will prime for about two to three seconds when you first turn the key on. if you don't hear it that's probably the culprit. If you do hear it it may be a bad pump. also should check to see if you have spark. You can do this by removing a plug wire and using another spark plug. Ground the plug to somthing metal and have someone crank the engine (making sure you are not touching the plug or metal) You should see a spark while cranking. Good luck

Wont start

try kicking your fuel tank and if your fuel pump is bad it may "kick start" so to speak your fuel pump, if nothin happens it may be the fuel pump, the lines may not have enough pressure, it may also be your filter just being a lil dirty and needing replaced

New filter but now no water

if you take the kick plate off below the doors, on the left hand side below the freezer door youll see a hose conection. disconect that conection and press the water dispenser lever. if water comes out then the line running into the freezer door is frozen. use a hair dryer to warm up the inside of the door behind the dispener. it takes about 20 to 30 min but once thawed the dispenser will work again
