Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
I have a 5300 and was printing picuterd just fine. A couple of days later I took some pictures and now everything has a redish tint. I have cleaned the heads and changed the color cartridge...Anyone know how to fix this???
Your printhead needs to be replaced because, most likely, the jets that shoot the ink got blocked because of the remaining ink from your last printing session.
Just go ahead and go to kodak.com/go/itg , follow the troubleshooting and have your printhead replaced, or call their support center on 1 800 421 6699, and have them help you out.
