I know how frustrating this was and i got it done by myself by experimenting since everything cant be googled that easily. i figured i can help anyone out. this has worked for 5 phones that i have done my self so 5 for 5 YESS!!! This is as satisfiying to me as watching micheal jordans final shot! any ? contact me at [email protected] ok i figured it out. for all those people that have gotten the dreaded phone freeze om samsung propel a767 or any other samsung phone so far not sure about touch screen. first look for a local unlocker in ur area or somewher that can provide the codes and get the unlock code and phone freeze code. mine was only 20 for both and took less than 24 to retrieve. email me for his info. insert sim that you want to use (tmobile). you get the screen which says phone freeze. type in the freeze unlock code which was given and the press the att logo/menu button. **YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBERS YOU ARE TYPING SO KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU INPUT** after you have entered number and pressed button then you will get a network lock screen. this is where you type in ur unlock code. type that in press confirm and BAMM!!!! you are now able to use tmobile sim
Type *#9998*627837793# Go to the 'my parameters' and there you will find new menu where you can unlock phone.(not tested-for samsung C100) To unlock a Samsung turn the phone off take the sim card and type the following code *#pw+15853649247w# . Java status code: #*53696# (Samsung X600)
If you want to unlock your phone put a sim from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks. This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones. If it doesn't work you will have to reset your phone without a sim in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)

after the second asterisk, you'll see a dash ("-") on your screen instead of the number you type.
My friend and I just did this and it worked. It resets your phone back to factory default settings.
1. Remove SIM card and power up phone. 2. Using the keypad, enter *2767*3855#. 3. Wait 10-15 seconds. 4. Phone will reboot and the settings will be factory settings again.
