I had the same problem with mine. you can view your photos in two ways, on your PC suite and then via your memory card (external Memory). if you want to view them via your memory card, you have to go to the folder with all your photos in, go to mark/unmark and copy the marked ones over to the external memory. Or you can view them directly with the PC suite.

Download photos to pc

If you're photos are saved in your phone's internal memory, transfer them first to the memory card.
To move files from the phone to the card, perform the following steps:
1. At the main screen, tap Menu.
2. Tap My Files.
3. Tap Phone at the top of the screen.
4. Tap the desired folder.
5. Tap the desired file.
6. Tap Options.
7. Tap Move to.
8. Tap Memory card.
9. Tap the desired folder.
10. Tap Open.
11. Tap Move to.
Once you have transferred your photos to the card, the next step would be transferring those photos from the card to your computer.
To move files from the card to the computer, perform the following steps:
1. Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB port on the top of your phone.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB port on your computer.
3. Click File Transfer on the phone.
4. If required, tap OK on the phone to exit to the main screen.
5. On the computer, in the Removable Disk dialog box, click to select Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer, and click OK.
6. Navigate to the file on your memory card that you wish to copy.
7. Right-click the file and click Copy.
8. Navigate to the desired folder on your computer.
9. Right-click and click Paste.
10. When you are finished transferring files, tap Back on the phone.
11. Tap OK to exit the card reader mode.

How do I transfer photo's from my camera to my Laptop.

Two ways.
1. If you have an adapter for your Micro SD card you can insert the Micro SD card into the adapter and then into your SD Card slot. Next there should be a notification on your computer asking "What to do with these files?" Select your "Open folder to view files" and then you can copy and paste.
2. Plug your phone up via USB cable; Then on your phone you'll need to turn on mass storage mode. Next there should be a notification on your computer asking "What to do with these files?". Select your "Open folder to view files" and then you can copy and paste.

How I download pictures from my galaxy phone to my computer?

Plug phone into computer with USB cable and then press the Connect USB Storage button.
then you want to open the second autoplay that comes up. choose Open Folder to view files.
Open the folder DCIM and then the Camera Folder, this should be all your pictures that you can copy and paste over. I like to used Dropbox to transfer my photos. then you don't have to connect any cable and search for pictures you just transfer over the internet and it will sync to your computer. It is nice to also get files put on your phone from your computer too. If you would like to try it please use this link DropBox and you can find it in your Android Market for your phone.

How to download musice to it.

Just use the manager that came with it ..if they do not supplied a manager and a driver it means that you do not need one ..and it will act just like a memory stick ...So...plug it ..and if the auto-play will not appear ..than you will find it like a removable storage device in my computer folder...Open it and copy /paste the files in the audio folder..
If the auto-play window appear you just choose to open the folder to view files ..and in that folder you can copy the files..
If it has a manager use it to transfer selected files from your computer to the folder;s in the player ..but this is not a must do operation ...Even if it has a manager you will still be able to open it right from the My computer folder and drag or copy files into the suitable folder..(being a and e has folders separately for each ..)
If it came with a driver it first into the computer ..and after that attach the usb cable..
