At the Acer splash screen, you can press Alt and F10 (at the same time you would press F2 to enter the BIOS) to bring up a DOS style version of eRecovery.
·The unit is able to reload Windows from this mode faster then from CD. ·The password by default is 000000 (6 zeros) and it is displayed when you are asked for the password. ·Users are able to change the password in this mode for eRecovery only. ·The system can recover from the hidden image on the hard drive (PQService partition) or from CD/DVD media. ·It is possible to reload from the factory style CDs/DVD or the snapshots that the Windows version of eRecovery creates. if the computer was working good before ,the best way is to restore to some date that was worling good. 2) you must uninstall the driver and then installing can be driver corrupt , download from your supplier compnay. 3) Run the software diagnostic coming with the computer God bless you
you could use the program System Restore.
It restores the computer to a certain time in the past kind of like time machine. And it is pre-installed on a windows computer.
Tutorials are available online so just google it.

called 'Acer eRecovery Management' to create backup of hard drive data,
create restore point, reinstall applications & drivers, and reset Acer Aspire 4315 to factory setting.
Before starting your Acer Aspire 4315 laptop, ensure that there is no
external storage device attached to it. Now start your laptop.
Step 2: Press 'Alt + F10' when the laptop starts booting, and wait for a moment while Windows loads the reset files.
Step 3:When 'Acer eRecovery Management' window appears, select 'Restore System from factory default' and click 'Next' to continue.
Step 4: Again click 'Next' to
reset your Acer laptop. This process will erase all data from your hard
disk and reset your Acer one to original factory settings.
Step 5: Click 'OK' in the notification window to begin the the resetting operation. Now wait while your Acer Aspire 4315 is reset to factory settings.
Tips: You can also create a backup copy of your notebook data before factory reset. Simply click 'Backup' in 'Acer eRecovery Management' window.
