Go to start, run and type in MSCONFIG. Go over to the startup tab and remove the check mark for everything that you recognize as a program. This will eliminate the programs from running at startup, this should help out a lot.

Secondly, run a virus check.

Third, go to my computer, right click on the C: drive and go to properties, click on disk cleanup. After that do the same thing but this time go to the tools tab and click on error checking, click both boxes.
After that is complete use the defrag button to defrag the system.

Let me know how it works out for you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Slow upload of pics and videos on my pc

I would start by clearing out your cookies, then I would do a disk defragment to clear out old stuff your computer is loading. If you have desktop widgets or are running programs that take up a lot of memory.
Go to Start, Control panel, internet options, and click to delete temporary files and then after go into programs, accessories and disc defragment. Hope it helps!

Choppy Video? What do you mean choppy video? Is the video starting and stopping rather than playing continuous? If so, either you need more memory or the site you are watching the video from is slow. Also sometimes you line speed on the computer might be slow if you are watching the video online.

How does the video play if you played a DvD in your computer? If it plays the DvD without stalling, then your problem is more than like the site you are watching or the line speed as you stream the video.

If it's Windows 7 32bit it has limits on the amount of ram it can use.
Google it and see.

Choppy playback, keeps stopping to load

Your Internet connection is too slow.
So, your media-player is getting "starved", and thus must "wait" for more content to be downloaded.
Upgrade the speed of your Internet connection, or connect to higher-speed web-servers, such as YouTube.

My rdp is running slow especially on graphics. Any idea how to accelerate? is there a software out there that can do that?

Slow performance of graphics and video is a very common issue when using RDP. I recommend you look at Ericom Blaze, a software product that accelerates AND compresses standard Microsoft RDP, so it speeds RDP while conserving bandwidth. Blaze accelerates RDP performance by as much as 10-25 times, and helps deliver higher frame rates and reduce screen freezes and choppiness.

You can read more about Blaze and download a free evaluation at:

Or view a video demo at:

Hope this helps.
