Question about Canon BJC 5500 InkJet Printer
This file refers to 'Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator', not normally associated with home printers and pc's. Only solution may be to disconnect printer from pc, go to add/remove programmes and uninstall canon printer driver. Insert printer cdrom driver and install, then re-connect printer when prompted or when installation finishes. If message still pops up especially on startup either search for it and when you find it rename it by putting'.old' without quotes, after msdctw. Otherwise down load this free tool (spyware free) and go to Tools>startup, highlight the file then click, delete entry. Also run the cleaner and issues tab to clear obsolete registry entries. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
