Minolta bizhub c280 color copy make blue or red lines

Print quality is good, b&w copy is good. When i make a color copy the machine makes blue lines or red lines. This is a brand new c280. I made gradiant adjust sverel times. Any idea? (sorry my english is not so good)

SOURCE: Prints "blue" on a document that supposed to be "red"

the red color contains the blue and magenta colors so your problem is not printing blue insted of red , your red laser miror is dirty from inside you should open the back of the printer then open the laser scaner then clean it then replace it

If it is new, it is under warranty. Contact the maker or seller. It is likely to be a fault with the scanning tube or may be the optics / CCD. Is is via the document feeder or on the platen glass? Lift the lid and press the copy button. Does the bulb (tube) look okay?

Light print color

besides the obvious of changing the toner cartridge, is the print drum clean? Pop the machine open and look at the drum...is it all dirty looking? If it is, it will affect the quality of the print...although you would see spots and other things appearing in your printing if that were the case too... the fuser may be dirty too..(the part that gets hot) and that can affect it too..
