I put in a new cartridge, NOTHING! Did the tests print, nothing, try to clean it, nothing. had someone try to send me a fax, it comes out but with no ink on it. took off the sticker, did everything!! HELP!! this is a new fax machine.

COPY FEATURE DOES NOT PRINT, RUNS BLANK PAPER THROUGH
PAPER JAMS WHEN TRYING TO FAX
INCOMING FAXES DO NOT PRINT, RUNS BLANK PAPER THROUGH
IHAVE UNJAMMED IT NUMEROUS TIMES, IT WILL FAX A FEW PAGES AND THEN JAM UP
DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHECK INK LEVEL
