check all the buttons and make sure one is not stuck in. If there is one stuck button, it could cause all the others to not work. If you find a stuck one, it will usually pop back out with a little help from a small screwdriver

I have this system. According to the manual you have to do the following. 1. Press and hold the TIMER/CLOCK button until CLOCK appears in the display under the time. 2. Press the SET button once and the hour will flash. 3. Use the << or >> buttons to ascend or descend to the correct hour. 4. Press the SET button again and the minutes will flash. 5. Use the << or >> buttons to ascend or descend tot he correct minutes. The time will flash for a few seconds and be set when it stops. I have tried those steps and you may have to do them a few times in order to get the time right. It's a little tricky. I haven't bothered to reset the time as I have other devices that display the time without the back and forth with this device. It's a nice system and the sound is okay for my purposes. Hope this helps.
Hold the memory button in which is located on the top of the unit until the clock digits flash. Set the hours by holding the up or down arrows on the skip buttons which are again located on the top of the unit until you get the correct hour. Then press the momory button once more for the minutes and set these again using the skip up and down buttons. When time correct press the memory button again to set.
how did you take off the back to put in new batteries... try syncing your speakers by holding the 2 volume buttons on the base at the same time for about 2 secs.... the light will start to blink and you just click any button on your remote. If that doesnt work then its firmware
First, try unplugging the unit for a couple of hours. That should reset the internal microprocessor. If that fails, try pushing all of the buttons one at a time. If one of them is stuck, nothing will work properly. You should be able to feel the button working. Report back here with your results.
hit shift and clock (9) on your remote.
use the left double arrow and right double arrow buttons on the bottom to change the time...note: once you hit the shift and clock buttons, you have only 4 seconds to press another button...
once you have the time set, you can hit the pause button on the lower section to finish.
