Question about Sony DVP-CX985V Multi-disc DVD Player
I am getting a cannot play message when trying to play any of the DVD's. Is this something that can be fixed? Is there something I can do to reset the unit?
Thanks for any advise...
Probably dust in the reader/lens assembly.
Needs to be opened and cleaned.
Sony also has a firmware update for the unit.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
