My new motorola karma won't turn on and charge

maybe your battery or your phone os .... try a new battery if nothing happens... try re flash your phone

Motorola Karma QA1 Unlocking InstructionsWarning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Karma QA1 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Karma QA1 mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

1 - Switch ON your Motorola Karma QA1 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.

NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola Karma QA1 is locked to.

WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola Karma QA1 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

simply call 1-800-331-0500. Tell AT&T that a friend gave you this phone because your Net10 phone (or what ever sim phone is popular in your area) isn't working and you would like to be able to use your SIM card in this phone. If the phone model is allowed to be unlocked they will give you the code with a smile you can hear over the phone.

Could be a faulty card, or perhaps the connection is loose/disconnected on board.

The Motorola may have a faulty charging port, See if you can get it repaired or replaced under warranty.

Hi, You may try to use to use a different charger that will fit in to your phone or a different battery. It might be a failure on the battery.

First when ya call connects, hit the Menu key (three lines inthe center) choose USE HANDSET.
Second Make sure the Bluetooth is fully charged, andit seems to lose charge fast.
