Question about Acer Aspire 5610-4648 Notebook
When I try to open Internet Explorer Windows Vista always appears in Spanish: 'Lo sentimos, no se puede encontrar la página solicitada.' However, it let me to watch all the Microsoft Advertisements.
I have tried all the tips recommended by Microsoft but without any positive results. All these operations were made under connection.
I appreciate deeply your collaboration.
Interesting problem. Have you tried installing another internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox? I love Firefox it saves my tabs/open webpages if I select that option when I shut down the PC even if your PC crashes 90% of the time it will have your tabs/pages saved. The only problems I have experienced with Firefox (minor issue) is some websites hosting videos that are "save as" won't download but this happens rarely. Firefox is also
less vulnerable to phishing and hacking according to the Mozilla website http://www.mozilla.org/
I have had nothing but problems with Windows Vista since I got my Acer Aspire 5610. It crashes daily or 1-2 times a week. I have heard Windows Vista Premium is a better version, but haven't tried it. I know you can purchase installer discs from Acer on their webpage but don't know if you can get them in Windows XP. I have considered dumping the Vista and paying to get XP installed instead.
