Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
All Songs, Playlists, etc. other moved back to PC Hard Drive and Deleted from Media Player, Yet in Windows Explorer, Sansa Drive shows as having 1.95 GB used Space on its Original 2 GB drive and looking at the "Space Available" "pie chart, it shows Player to be COMPLETELY FULL...Again, there are ZERO files on the player as going through each folder on it attests. Please Help!
Try this. Go to settings, reset all. connect to computer, when the popup displays, select view files. all should be there. I had the same problem today and that solution worked for me.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
