Try to uninstall your printer driver from Add\Remove programs.
Restart your computer after that install it again.

Canon printer only prints in very small letters. Can hardly read them with a magnifyer!

What program or programs are you printing from? Does this occur no matter what program you print from, or is it only with a single program.

It is printing very small...too small to read without a magnifyer. How do I restore the orginal size font?

Set the font number on your favorite text editing program to something legible, for example, in Word, a size from 5 to 10 is normal letter.
If letter stills going little on printer, then take it for repair.

Printing from email is very small letters can hardly read

What email program are you using? Printing from a browser or email app.?
Look in your email window for a printer icon and click on that when you want to print mail from your browser. Otherwise, check the File>page setup or use the print preview window to check the zoom level and make sure shrink to fit is unchecked.
Go to HP.com>support and you can download the instructions for cartridge alignment for your printer.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

I have a HP 5610, print very small letters

Go in the printer preferences and change the options to "print as in document" and make sure that 'scaled to it is not checked'.
Maybe, you scaled it down by accident. Also, make sure that you didnt choose 8 points in the original document. Otherwise, it will print small

Print to small on hp deskjet printer

Reinstall the driver, hp constantly updates their drivers, with bad drivers sometimes itwill even print the "wingdings" font instead.

Small printing on paper

It may be that you have the wrong printer driver. You can download the latest version at http://www.lexmark.com Also, you can check the printer as a standalone by using the menu and testing a configuration page. If it still prints small then it is in the printer. If not your computor may be the problem.
