Question about Ovens
A Few days ago I asked advise on an oven temp problem. Are you working on it?
Are we working on it? Well, honestly, I don't think so. FixYa is a web site where experts from around the world can give advise to individual askers. Most experts log in from time to time and answer a few free questions. Most questions (thousands) go unanswered. Many questions can be answered by searching for similar previously answered questions. Users can use the "ask me" button to request assistance from individual technicians they would like. ie: saw you answered a similar question from someone else, can you help me....... etc. Just about the only way to assure you get a response is to use the pay portion of this web site, as many experts and not quite so experts will jump on any question which might actually earn them a couple dollars. (unfortunately, many of those solutions are poor also, as many of the so called experts who respond are throwing anything out there just to see if they might be lucky enough to pick up a few bucks.)
OK, getting off the soap box now.
The PF (power failure) may be a momentary power interruption. If you are lucky, it could be a loose electrical connection at the household circuit breaker or the wire connections from the household wire to the oven. Loose connection(s) can cause wires to heat up, expand, and cause momentary power interruptions. The PF might also be caused by a similar situation within the electronic range control board, which would require replacement of that part, (WB27K5040) which is unfortunately no longer available.
So,..... in your case, if you don't find any poor electrical connections you will be forced to replace the oven. Sorry.
Please don't bother rating the solution, as anything but a FixYa will lower my score. Carl.

Hello g harrison - Unfortunately the range does not have an adjustable volume level or cannot be turned off. It is designed to advise you of when the oven is starting or reach desire temperature.
