Are you sure it's the receiver board? If it's cooling and switching on and off, I would suspect the 4way valve or coil, not a control circuit. Of course, you may have already tested this and found no power to the valve coil, in which case I apologise and suggest you try on line to get a manual. Good luck!

Try with this method which happened last week experience. Replace new batteries. And also remove dc wire to indoor unit display sensor. And after 3 minutes fix it again. And now start with remote. Mostly it will. If not, you have to replace receiving sensor in PCB or replace complete PCB. Please write back about the result. Thanks.

Use your cellphone or any digital camera as your eyes by pointing the camera to the remote control transmitter. Light should emits on the remote control receiver. If no lights means defective remote control. But if lights emits means that either the receiver board or the main board is defective.

Try also the rst or reset button if present. Reset and try the remote.

Remote is working- but unit won't turn on

check your remote control using your camera or cellphone camera as your eyes. Point the remote control transmitter to your camera and "on", light should emit in your remote control transmitter (means good remote). Check for reset or rst button in your remote control and push it to reset and test it in your unit. If wont work means either the receiver board or mean board is defective. You need a qualified tech. for this problem. For the mean time you can use manual button to operate the unit.

Blower fan will only work in low speed

Sometimes after you replace the batteries in the remote, there is a communication disruption between the remote and the wall hung evaporator. With fresh batteries installed, take a paper clip and press in on the "reset" hole located on the remote. Yes you will have to reset the clock but it may help your situation. Then you will need to turn off both the inside unit as well as the outside unit. You must first turn back on the outside unit then the inside unit. If it continues as you have described, it could be a relay on the Main PC board and the board will need to be replaced. If all other functions and modes work, you will probably not have to replace the Receiver PC Board.
