Question about InFocus ScreenPlay 4805 Multimedia Projector
Hi there, i have the infocus all in1 projecter (the blue one, with the attachable/detatchable speaker thing at the bottom) ive had it for a while about 6 months havent changed the bulb as of yet, but it keeps turning itself off after about 10 minutes of use, then say after 5 mins its ready to go again only to turn itself off again!! now the booklet says if its a overheating problem a picture will flash up on screen, which it hasnt or if bulb is burnt out it will show on screen a pic of a bulb on screen which it hasnt!! do i change the bulb or is it something else. please help as i dont want change the bulb if its ok because its just a waste and there expensive!!
Just changed the bulb out on my projector ( sony lamp -h200 bulb )
turned on projector great picture, but only stays on 5-10 min. keeps shutting itself down

If the lamp has 2000 hors on it, it needs replacing. go into the menu and find out how many lamp hours are used. it could be the lamp and it could be the ballast.
