Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1: Windows
I had vista as system. but that was quite unconvinent for me. so have to wipe all and i got xp. but i don't have any sound output from it. a friend told me to download a software from internet. but i m not getting one. pls help out of this.
my note book is
COMPAQ presario c500.
It seems like you are missing some audio drivers (and perhaps a few more).
You can download audio and any other Windows XP drivers for the COMPAQ Presario c500 from the following website.
Failing that, try and do a Windows Update (go to the Start menu > All Programs > Windows/Microsoft Update). Windows Update should detect that you are missing some drivers, then download and install them for you. You may have to do a "Custom" not and "Express" update and select the updates from the Hardware tab on the side bar.
All the best,

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
