Problem with file transfering of lg kg 195

Hai i have installed the software for lg kg195 phone suite to my laptop and its working, but i could not able to tranfer the files( media, mp3 etc.,) from phone to laptop or laptop to phone, only i am getting contact book only. pls suggest if i want to install any other software.
