Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I am aware of compatible cartridges.
I have thoroughly cleaned both the cartridges and the printer contacts.
I have run self test until I am blue ...make that red in the face.
Regardless of what I try, INCLUDING purchasing 2 new cartridges I get the same error message.
These are Genuine Lexmark cartridges and have now spent over $100.00 on print cartridges that will not work.
Needless to say I am very frustrated by this experience and the lack of support thus far.
