If your pc came with a restore disk, this will put it back like it was when you first got it. If not, go to add/remove programs and un install the game and any software or programs that came with it or installed with it.
Go to start/ search/ show hidden files/ type in prefetch.
Should be the first folder that comes up. Open it and delete all files/folders in the prefetch folder. Delete all temporary files/cookies.
Go to start/ computer/ C drive/ programs. Look for the game installed there & delete it.
To be sure you have removed all traces you can go to search again/ type in the name of the game. If any files/folders come up delete them. Restart and see if you notice a difference!

Just a though but you could try and reload the operating system if you have the original install disk.
