Google "VLC media player" and install their program - it is more tolerant of file types. WMP is very picky. BUT taht may not work either is it is a real weird format.

Trying to download pictures from my camera to my computer. I have windows vista for a operating system

If you're having difficulties removing pictures from the memory card, there's a few simple options you can use.
Firstly, you can remove the microSD card that the pictures are saved to. Typically there is a slot on the side of the phone that has the card in it. Some times the card is under the battery. Then you plug the card into your computer via a microSD to SD card adapter. Most if not all new computers have a card reader built in. If you don't have a reader, there's a second, even easier option.
Secondly, just create a picture message and enter your email address for the phone number. It'll email you the pictures from the phone. Then login to your email client and download the pictures.
