Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
I cannot even bring the device up it says it is not troubleshooted and i need 2 install but but i dont have a cd or nothing it was a gift
You can get the installation software from Philips website. Some laptops have a USB 1.1 port, which does not have enough power to support an Mp3 player. If the laptop USB port is definitely a USB 2.0 port, then hold in the volume + button on the Go Gear before connecting it to the laptop to see if you can force recognition.
