Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

There is no battery. Be sure the wire connecting the piezo crystal to the spark wire is attached. Sometimes they fall off.

Where can I find a thermocouple or gas regulator for model # QN300TYLA Serial #357700501

You'll probably need your local gas company to order it for you. They will most likely want to install it. If they don't they should want to do a leak test on the house.

I want to convert a Procom QN300TYLA natural gas stove/heater to propane. What parts are need to be changed and where can I get them? Also, I would like add a blower and remote control to control the temp...

You can't. You need an LP gas valve which costs almost as much as a new unit. Pressures are different and orifices need to be changed, the the pressure needs to be reset. Just buy a new unit and be safe.

Its a real problem, given that the US has the worlds lowest average IQ means the problem is here to stay.
Perhaps the delivery drivers could be trained to fit the parts for the 'challenged' customers?
