Question about Acer Aspire M1641-U1521A PC Desktop
No a system restore can take the computer back to an earlier time, windows is usually installed to do this, a reformat has a double meaning 1st format in FAT, FAT32, NTFS and leave (these are mostly used as storage drives) 2nd reformat: this is when a new windows or linux intallation is done, hence "i had to completely reformat my drive"
