The controller is poorly designed and likely burned out. I am assuming you bought your's used. If it were new, you would see that each segment of the LEDs would burn out over time and stop displaying. I am rebuilding mine - I bought a microcontroller and and writing the programing from scratch. I have identified all of the pins on the controller and it will plug into all the cables on the bottom of the table. should have it done by New Years. Let me know, if it sounds like your problem. I can build an extra one - I'll check back here to see if you are interested.

I am having trouble, with my scoring system, as well. Are you able to fix the scoreboards for the G03431 model Harvard?

Puck dont glide

There may not be enough air blowing across the table. Try cleaning the filter/s at the air intake first. If that doesn't work, the fan/s may be slipping, or the electric motor/s may be in need of servicing/rewinding.

How do i score bowling in a dartboard game

how to play and keep score BOWLING
This dartboard adaptation of bowling
is a real challenge! It is a difficult game
in that you must be very accurate to rack
up a decent score. Player one starts the
game. You must select your “alley” by
either throwing dart or manually pressing
segment of choice. Once alley is selected,
you have 2 remaining darts to throw in
which to score points or “pins.” Each
specific segment in your “alley” is worth a
given pin total:
Segment Score
Double 9 pins
Outer Single 3 pins
Triple 10 pins
Inner Single 7 pins
There are several rules for this game as follows:
1. A perfect game score would be 200 in this version of bowling
2. You cannot hit the same singles segment twice within the same “frame” (round). The
second hit will count as zero points. Hint: Try to hit each single to reach 10 points in
the frame.
3. You can score 20 points per “frame” by hitting the triple segment twice.
4. Hitting the double segment with your second dart will only count as 10 points if you
scored a double on your first throw. Otherwise you will score a total of 9 points by
throwing a double with your second dart.

Water left on table a few of the air holes have raised bubbles around them, tried pushing on them but they will not go down, anything we can do without replacing the top.

can you remove the top and put it on a flat surface for support ( to prevent warping ) then press down gently on the holes with a large glass marble or something similar , would that do it ?

Puck doesn't glide well

the problem that you are facing now is that you have made the holes to big for the fan to be able to distribut the air evenly so in turn you will need to get a bigger fan to compinsate for the larger holes, one of the things that we did to get the puck to slide alot better was to apply car polish to the table and the puck, let it dry then shine it like you would to your own car, i hope this helps

Air hockey table keeps scoring on it's own.

This table uses low voltages for the scoring lever. I agree with fixer1950. Check / disassemble the goal / scoring assembly, and look for the scoring lever. sometimes just 2 metal plates. should see where it's touching the scoring strip and you can test it by moving it with your finger / pen / other device.

Try adjusting it further away, and test again with a puck to ensure proper operation..

Sportcraft Turbo Hockey table will not power up

The customer service is somewhat oblivious to their inventory and products they sell. But, if your table is not pushing the puck, call and order a new fan (easy swap out). Also, you may use a small pin and poke each air-hole as dust accumulates and clogs system (do not use a wax or polish, only damp soft cloth)

The control box is the interface to power scoreboard.(kids pushed the transformer cord in too hard and separated the circuitry panel inside CB). I am in process of replacing mine, model number 34090, part number 34090HG08, $5.00+ SH

There are comparable control box modules for similar turbo hockey games, Atomizer, which uses a similar control box that you can swap circuitry out to your old box. (Very simple, even a cave man can do it..hah). The key is the ability to put control box back together once you disassemble inerts. (The "flip" mechanism is so shoddy it never goes back together right)

Good luck with Sportcraft and their disposable $500-600.00 air hockey tables which have a lifespan of parts of less than 5 yrs!
