You can find the lamp acces door on the lower back left side. You will have two philips head screw to remove and you will see the lamp. Remove it and look at it. It will probably be shattered. There is also a filter right beside the access door. Be sure to clean that.
You owners manual can provide you with info to ordered a lamp and have it sent to your home

When in doubt check with sites such as www.TvRepairKits.com - check their online store first then email them if they do not show it. In most csases OSRAM is a great lamp...nore sure about pure glare...

Mitsubishi WD-62531 Replaced lamp 2 weeks ago. Red light flashing again. Same problem but the lamp is fine. Sound but no picture.

You have either a bad ballast (it powers the lamp) or a bad DMD board. Either one of those will result in a no lamp fire issue. Have a technician look at it...

Burnt out lamps

There is only one lamp need. If you keep your user's manual refer to ...how to replace the lamp. (I recommend to use an original mitsubishi lamp) process is kind or smooth path to the user, But if you are not feeling comfortable replacing it a serviceman can give you an estimate on it.

Mitsubishi WD52527 lamp light

Replace the lamp, model 915P028010.  There is a lamp door on the back left bottom of the set (while looking at it from the back).  Take off the door (two screws) and then take off the two screws holding the lamp in place and pull on the handle.  Replace the lamp the same way.  Then make sure to clean the air filters (below the lamp, two screws; and bottom right).  If the set gets too hot it may destroy the set and/or the lamp.  Also, don't turn the set on and off again within a few moments.  It will destroy the lamp.  Take it from someone who had the same problem, keep the filters clean by cleaning at least once every couple of months....Dave
