Question about Canon MX310 Office All-In-One Printer
Downloaded all updated drivers (for XP). Other functions work fine. Is there an updated driver that I am not aware of??? Tech support from Canon worthless. I have an emachines desktop 6412 if this helps
This is a bizarre solution: Make sure the "Still Image Service" is running on your system. Right-click "My Computer", select "Manage", then open "Services" applet. Scroll down to the "Still Image Service", right-click it and set its properties to "Automatic", then right-click it and "Start" it.
