"Cars & Trucks" is not exactly the correct category to post a question about a Honda generator.

However, I can tell you that it can be hard enough to track down a noise when you are right there with the piece of equipment. I do not believe that anyone can tell you over the internet where the noise is coming from. You will either have to track it down yourself, or take it to a small engine repair shop and get one of the technicians to listen to it. They would be much better equipped to help you with your problem.

If it is still under warranty they should have put a new transmission in and your first problem sounds like a steering problem, not sure if you have electric power steering or pumped power steering but those should be the first things looked at and then the wheel linkage.

I have a 92 honda accord ex that the it idles go

If it does that when the engine is warmed up (full operating temp.) it may be you iac valve, or your fast idle valve. They get gummed up. It also could be your PVC valve, but probably not.:

accord8.jpg
IAC in red. Fast Idle in yellow. Your PVC valve is plugged into the valve cover (the black hose in between the red and yellow in the picture) it simply pulls out. It should rattle when shaken.
Hope this gives you a start on the problem.

My lifters are getting really loud on my 91 honda accord ex

All you need is to adjust the valve tappet clearance back to the original specification. It is a time consuming effort and require passion to do it. You need to remove the top engine cover, set timing belt to top dead centre then adjust intake & exhaust valve clearance one by one. Rotare the cranckshaft 180 degree and repeat the valve clearance,. I would suggest to leave it to the expert.
